I'm Hassan. I turn ideas into products that move the numbers.

I started with HTML and CSS as a hobby. At Cronix Micro Systems it became a profession, and within two years I was leading the frontend.

At PLR.me I joined a fully remote team spread across several countries. That's where I learned to start from how a business makes money, not from the spec.

In 2020 I founded my own studio, Socratechs: five developers, a long-term international client, and local businesses around it. It taught me the hardest lesson so far: code alone builds nothing. Without sales, marketing, and a real read of the market, development is just a cost. When foreign payments stopped, local work couldn't carry the team, and I closed it.

I went back to PLR.me as team lead and rebuilt the platform around AI tools. Since then I've worked across product, engineering, leadership, and growth, because the best results come when one person owns the whole way there.

Principles

What I believe

Lessons from ten years of building, running a company, and leading teams.

Development alone means nothing.

Without sales, marketing, and knowledge of the market, good code is just a cost.

A team without a leader is lost.

Most struggling teams don't lack talent. They lack direction.

Money follows study.

Invest where the numbers point, not where it's easiest to spend.

Quality is owned.

Someone has to review the code and stop what would ship broken. Usually, that's been me.

Build for your audience.

Powerful and simple aren't opposites, but you have to know exactly who you're building for.

Beyond work

I'm drawn to games, psychology, and languages. Games are systems of incentives, psychology explains why people choose what they choose, and every language opens a market. All three end up in how I build products.
